Option 1 – Post Your Watch (Transfer/Cheque)
Use Royal Mail Special Delivery for safe and tracked postage. Pack your watch securely and include a note with your contact details and preferred payment method. Include a copy of your ID or email it to us.
Address your parcel to:

Once received, we will contact you with an offer. If accepted, payment is made by bank transfer (preferred) or cheque. If declined, we return your watch at our expense.
Option 2 – Visit Us In Person (Transfer/Cash/Cheque)
Come to our buying counter in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. We’re open to the public Tuesday-Thursday 9.00 AM - 3.00 PM, Friday 9AM-12PM. You may walk in or book an appointment.
Bring valid photo ID and your watch. We assess your item on-site and make you an immediate offer. For higher-value watches, appointments are recommended.
